Willoughby District — Land Use Study

The Willoughby District Parking Study was an urban planning exercise to help the City and Borough of Juneau move to the next phase of civic renewal in the Centennial Hall/Alaska State Museum neighborhood.

With planners Sheinberg Associates, NorthWind Architects facilitated documented existing conditions, analyzed infrastructure challenges and worked out options to use as a basis for future design decisions.
